As you approach Vivid Homes newest Display Home, the soft light settles gently across the facade.
A modern coastal blend of warm textures and clean, confident lines. The exterior is layered in curated cladding profiles that create rhythm and depth, inviting you closer without a word.
There is an immediate calm – like the home knows exactly who it’s for.
Stepping through the oversized front door, the transition is seamless yet striking. The space opens gradually… your eye naturally drawn past the entryway – placing your bag down on the bench, your eyes continue along the custom bar cabinetry and sculpted kitchen forms, before lifting to the raked ceiling and landing on the hero a beautiful stone fireplace that anchors the room in quite luxury. Its not just a walkthrough – it’s a flow. One that’s been designed, built and styled with deep intent.
Styling Tip 1. A SUBTLE REVEAL
Styling this home wasn’t about placing pieces, it was about revealing the builders’ work.
We leaned into the architecture, framing natural light, drawing the eye to soft transitions and letting the timber, stone and texture do most of the talking. Nothing was added with our intention.
Each element was chosen to elevate what was already there.
From soft, tonal linens that ground the bedrooms to sculptural vessels that echo the curves of joinery… this was styling designed to feel invisible but immersive.
Styling Tip 2. TACTILE, LAYERED, QUITE
This palette throughout reflects Vivid’s signature grounded luxury. Sun washed neutrals, coastal layers, and subtle movements. We styled with restraint to allow the home to breathe to invite buyers to imagine their own rhythm within the walls.
Styling Tip 3. A BUILDERS VISION – INTERPRETED
The real magic happens when styling feels like it belongs – when it’s not an add on, but an interpretation of the builder’s intent. That’s what this home is.
Every surface, every finish, every corner is given purpose. Visitors don’t just see the home – they feel it. And that’s the feeling ? It’s not luck. It’s what happens when construction styling is done right.
