How does one feel totally free? Try this technique. Take three deep breaths. Place your hand over your heart space and direct your breath there. Be aware of the rise and fall of your chest.
Visualise or feel yourself in the most peaceful place. Feel the peace and serenity oozing through your body. Spend as long as you like in this place before taking three deep breaths and coming back to the present. Tapping into your heart is where your freedom begins.
